Our Soul Serves Us Forever
Our Soul Is Meant to Serve us Forever
But it Must Be saved.
October 1, 2021
Many scriptures point to the fact that we must be saved. The problem is that the plan of salvation that Christ Jesus appropriated to save our souls has been perverted and brought down to something “of the earth,” or a soulish replication of a spiritual path.
We perish for lack of knowledge but that knowledge is NOT knowledge of anything that man can give us. That lack of knowledge we perish from is NOT knowing God as our Father. He is Divine and of the heavenlies and is Spirit. This is why Jesus stated to Nicodemus unless a man is born of the Spirit and Water He cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
Be “still” and “know” that I Am God. Abide in Me. Apart from Me, you are nothing. God is Spirit. Those who worship Me must worship Me in Spirit and in Truth. I go to prepare a place for you that where I Am there you may be, also. This is a small sampling of scriptures that point us to truth.
When we are born of the Spirit of God, His indwelling Spirit imparted to us by our Father becomes the place where we can be with Him and be with Him without disruption. Our soul has to be disciplined to to be still before we can learn to hear and discern the voice of our Father. We have to learn to “listen” to what He is saying. His language is pure and only discerned by our spirit.
Mankind has not grasped nor understood according to the Spirit how vital this impartation of God, Himself, is.
We have NOT understood nor can we understand that which is of the Spirit apart from our spirits being stirred to live by His Spirit leaves us with immature and earthly concepts of God. If you will, He becomes our power source and our source of power is sustained only in Him. Our minds that have been predominantly ruled by our psychological concepts must be renewed by the mind of Christ for us to understand and follow our Father.
Because our souls are incredibly empowered to live forever and seem to serve us quite well in what seems to be every area of our natural lives, being born of the Spirit of God and having those minds renewed by His Spirit is quite elusive apart from being born of His Spirit.
The soul is able to assimilate every sense of the body into experience and knowledge. We develop in and through these experiences and grow in intelligence through sense and reason. We accept or refuse certain understandings. Our soul absorbs knowledge and experiences like a sponge. It has the ability to change direction (plasticity) and build and create and tear down concepts and recreate. We tend to bring what we know about God into this world or way of understanding. Our soul experiences pleasure and pain. It is extremely remarkable and beyond our capability as a species to replicate. It is a living thing.
Mankind has built a whole form of education and study around it and because of it. It is very connected to another life we carry contained in each person's body.
We can spend many many hours and a lifetime and continue to gain knowledge and sense and reason concerning the biology or the life of the body and psychology which is the life contained in the soul.
What we have failed to do as mankind is understand the life of the Spirit. Without being brought into the life of the Spirit of God, the soul, while meant to live and grow past the expiration of the life of the body, has no place to go if the Spirit of the Lord has not entered into the place prepared for Him which is our spirit. Until God enters this place we have only the life forces of our body and our soul.
Jesus came to show us our Father. There is no other way to the Father except through Him. This way is the way of Spirit and Truth. Jesus said I will pray the Father and He will give you the Spirit of Truth. The world cannot receive Him but He lives in you. (Sons)
While scripture reveals that anyone who calls on the Name (that which represents all He is) of the Lord shall be saved we’ve intellectualized that through the complicated processes of the life of the soul which has a very vivid imagination. Many believe they have experienced salvation because they have followed a set of intellectual understandings and concepts that man has built through reading the Bible but not in dwelt by the Spirit of God. People can spend a lifetime going to places called “church,” to learn about Him but until He lives in us we are NOT the church. The church is those who live in Him because they have been born of Him so He can live in us.
Yet, what mankind has not been able to understand nor replicate is the transformation and metamorphosis and even the translation that takes place as a result of receiving the indwelling Spirit of God. We become a new creation. Upon becoming born again we recognize God as our Father. Even in this infantile state that has not been developed by the teaching we receive by the Spirit of God we “know” Him as Father.
Father has promised to complete the work He began in us. This is just the beginning of coming to “know” Him. With training from those who “know” Him in Spirit and in Truth who teach us where to go to be taught by Holy Spirit we develop and mature into understanding who our Father is and who we are as His Sons. A Son of God is Spirit like His Father. It is only in our bodies and in our earthly experiences that we are male or female. “Knowing Him” is the only way we can become like Him.
Just like we cannot “know” our earthly father apart from living with him, we cannot “know” our Heavenly Father apart from living in Him and He in us. No one can teach you who your earthly father is. No one can teach you, intellectually, by sense and reason to “know” your Heavenly Father.
Yet, religious men have set up all kinds of ways to teach mankind about Him and His ways. They teach what they have been able to gather through study of scriptures “about” the Father that Jesus came to introduce us to, personally.
Religious mankind with all their extensive capabilities and studies have created their own way to Jesus and heaven and have convinced many that they are saved. The depth of mankind’s capabilities to build has created thousands of religious “ways” to experience and explain God and surprisingly all of these ways are established in and through the same set of scriptures that the Holy Spirit gives us to reveal God.
Bear in mind that when we use the word God, it is plural. Within the plurality of God we acknowledge our Father, Christ, Jesus and Holy Spirit. Each of them represents the others and they all function as One being.
Coincidentally, when we speak of Sons of God, we also carry the three life forms we just spoke of. With all three life forms we can be developed or be “gestated,” if you will, or completed into the image and likeness of God. The earth has served us symbolically as a place to be completed even as an embryo is intended to form within a mother’ womb until it can survive apart from it.
In the earth we are becoming completed so we can survive in the New Heavens and the New Earth.
Let us make man in our own likeness and in our own image. Where do we see that? At the beginning of the scriptures, in Genesis. While each of us starts gestation in the womb of a woman, the completion of the gestation or the plan of completion for each individual takes us through a lifetime on the earth of growth and experiences in three forms of life that empower us. This third form of life is required to complete us.
Can even an earthly child be completed without the DNA of Its earthly father? Everything in the earth was put here to cause us to recognize our creator and call upon Him. The infiltration of unholy angels have disrupted and imparted lies to mankind to make him think he doesn’t need our Father. We must choose to be born of the Spirit; we cannot be completed to become a Son of God if we don’t choose His life to
complete us.
Even as we mature and are completed, individually, it takes all of us to form the Body of Christ and fully represent the Father. Until we come to understand these basic concepts, we cannot understand what the Bible is saying. It’s written for Sons of God who have the Spirit of God to bring the revelation of the understanding it holds. It can only be revealed to those who are of His Spirit.
The soul, in all its remarkableness, can’t read and study enough scripture to comprehend it. It is revealed by the Spirit of God dwelling in us. We learn directly from Holy Spirit in the places in Him that Christ prepared for us. While others can impart the best way they are able what they learned in their place in the Lord, the Holy Spirit, Himself is the one who makes it plain in His time and in His way to each of us individually.
Our growth in the mind and ways of Spirit of God, as Sons empower us to become One with Him and each other.
