Do we love the truth? What is the truth about Christmas? Dec. 2021 Deacon and I are called to be watchmen on the wall. We were told that 20+ years ago. What is the wall? On the earth it’s the wall that literally surrounded Jerusalem that provided protection to the city. Symbolically, Jerusalem is the City of God. A city is a municipality of government established for the people who live in it. The New Jerusalem that is spoken of in Revelation is ultimately what will be established in the earth in time. The wall is, symbolically, the principles of truth that surround the city. It separates and protects the city of God from the world through principals of truth. Read Ezekiel 17. It lends clarity. Anyway, being called to be a watchman on the wall means we have to watch out for false teachers and teachings that can deceive the people of the city.
