Longing for Identity

 Longing and Identity

12/25/2021 beginning of impartation

All of creation longs for the Sons of God to be revealed. The Greek word for sons in this passage is Huios.  It is our desired stage of sonship. This is the same maturity level that Jesus walked in when He ministered on the earth for the last 3 ½ years of His life as a man.

In order for the Sons (Huios) of God to be revealed the Sons must know our Father in Spirit and in Truth; therefore, be able to radiate His glory. Jesus came to reveal the Father. Until we fully mature we do not and cannot know the Father as He is. We will simply receive Him in our earthly perceptions of reality of who He is in whatever state of immaturity or maturity that we live in. We don’t even know the depth of how much we need to mature to know Him. When we truly know Him as Jesus came to reveal Him, then and only then can we carry His glory or represent Him in the earth. 2021 was a year full of revelations empowering us to live with passion in our Father’s vision for mankind.

Long lay the world in sin and sorrow pining. This part of a verse I heard recently keeps reverberating in my spirit. Pining is another word relating to longing. Jesus, the Huios, or fully mature Son came to be sacrificed. His sacrifice was meant to open the door for each of us to reveal our Father so we could all live as Sons in the Huios stage of maturity. This is all that can eliminate the world’s pining; yet, the longing of creation for Sons to be revealed continues. From generation to generation for thousands of years we have not entered into the vision. Without His vision we continue to perish.

Do we comprehend that the fall of Adam caused mankind to fall into the culture of demons?  We must come to see the gravity of what is needful to be saved and what the salvation we receive from our Saviour entails. We have to be saved from wrong thinking. Even the word church and how we understand it has been misused and subjected to misalignment in its true meaning. Yet, even though people freely admit it isn’t used to convey truth, we act and live as though the truth isn’t important. We tolerate lies and live in apathy. The Greek word apatheo gives us the English word apathy. Unbelief stems from the same Greek word. This folly keeps us ensnared in the enemy’s schemes.

His public ministry on the earth only lasted three and one-half years; yet, in that period of time, all prophecy and foretelling of His coming was fulfilled. The finished work of Christ opens the way for the Spirit of Truth to enter the hearts of men for all time. Jesus’ testimony became the Spirit of prophecy. Every Son has to become empowered to live and have his being in Son. (In Christ, Jesus). Every Son knows the Father and hears His voice and is only limited by false perceptions. The culture of the world, whether it be secular or religious, influences our thoughts. We speak out what we know. More importantly, we should know our Father and just like Jesus be revealing Him in Spirit and in Truth to those around us who are deceived in this culture and fallen state of thinking.

Jesus, the man, died to become the resurrected Christ. He bears no resemblance to man, anymore!  He lives in Sons as the Spirit of Truth. He returned to the glory He had after He accomplished His purpose in the earth. We perish for lack of knowledge. We keep Him wedged into the traditional earthly celebration of a baby born at one time of year and on a cross the rest of the time. While He experienced both of these states of being He occupies neither place. He came to the earth as a man child but is no longer a man. He died as a man and is now Spirit that empowers Sons to live above the trouble the world throws at us. He came to become Christ and has been given all authority in heaven and on earth. He is Christ and we all abide in the same entity. We cannot be separated from Him in this Spiritual State of Being

The culture of demons subjects us to keep imagining Him in a human body but His purpose was to become Christ. His purpose was to become propitiation so we could be restored to our Father’s original intent for us. We have to be saved from the influences of the thinking of the world to be lifted above accepting living in lies and half truths. If we put a true label on what we’re saved from, it’s witchcraft. It’s deception.

Mankind has accepted fantasy as fun. Our world’s entertainment is full of fantasy and we dance with the demonic when we agree with the lies they perpetuate. The god of this world has done a great job of convincing mankind that all this acceptable fantasy and witchcraft is harmless and adds interest to our lives. We empower fantasy in our childhood from infancy and we wonder that our children remain captives of deception.

Jesus’ life in a man’s body was short. He now lives with all authority in heaven and on earth as the Spirit of Truth not only as long as time exists but for eternity.

I remember one of the very first times I heard Him communicate very clearly with me. He simply asked me a question. Why do you keep trying to put Me in a chair?  I didn’t have to answer Him. The truth was that in order to feel closer to Him I would imagine Him as a man sitting on a throne (a chair) with me sitting at His feet. I asked Him how I was supposed to see Him. His response was to see Him in everything that has life in it. This was only the beginning of Him pointing out areas where if I received His direction in truth I am able to walk closer with Him.

What are we missing? Sin is “missing the mark.”  The most important mark we should be longing for and pining for is truth. We cannot live in truth apart from living in the mind of Christ. If we don’t live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of our Father we are doomed to live in deception.

Truth changes us and our thinking and our way of life. Only in the truth can we know our Father. Only in the Father can we know our identity. Therein, we stop perishing for lack of knowledge. We step out of celebrating those things that are of the earth and celebrate the truth that our Father loved us enough to conform us to live the truth.

He gave us the last Son, Jesus who became Christ. We are hidden in Him. He is the firstborn of many brethren.  All Sons are of the same womb. (God’s womb) Nicodemus asked can a child enter again into his mother’s womb?   No! We must be born of the Spirit of God and the water (living water). Only in truth can we live in our identities as Sons of God.

Since this man’s body was resurrected from the dead, He now provides every Son of God’s spiritual housing.  The gospel of the Kingdom of God needs to be preached. Only when we understand that the Kingdom of God is more than going somewhere to learn about Jesus. It’s more than being involved in traditions and rituals that are of the earth and it is more than going to heaven when we die will we be able to enter our Father’s Kingdom and experience our inheritance in Him. Our inheritance is our identity.

Yet, even as it is still called Today as Hebrews relates to Today the good news of the Kingdom of God has failed to be preached. Instead, mankind concentrates on telling the world that Jesus came to save them so they can go to heaven. While this is a pivotal truth, there’s so much more and unless we let Jesus out of this small frame of thinking we will not be able to mature. To keep Him inside rituals and traditions of the earth and institutional teaching it is belittling Him. He; nor, the Kingdom of God can be contained in small mindsets.

Jesus is the door or gate. He came to show us the Father. His Kingdom is absolutely not of the earth!  Why are we so insistent on bringing Our Lord down to this belittling and small place of existence?!  He came to break us out of it!!!  We are more. The enemy stole our identity and our identity has to be found as the Father is revealed. He came to help us see!  He is the entrance into vast, transcendent knowledge and wisdom that is revealed in our Father.  A new world opens to all who enter. This is our Father’s world that we can only participate in as Sons.

The Kingdom of God is “not” of this world. Jesus told us to seek the Kingdom and His righteousness and everything needed for life and godliness in the earth would be provided for us. The Kingdom is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. One cannot go to a geographical location to find or experience the Kingdom of God. It is within the Sons of God. It is the transcendent or divine life of God abiding within each of us. He, alone, is our entrance and living in Him grants us  living in His Kingdom.

The Kingdom of God was revealed on the earth after Jesus Christ was resurrected. It came when the Holy Spirit could be sent. Jesus told His followers that it was needful that He go away so The Holy Spirit could come. He now  dwells in the Sons of God.

The Sons of God are the “Church” on earth. Each of us becomes the dwelling place of the Spirit of Truth. Jesus was a man that died to be resurrected as Christ so that each of us could be hidden in the propitiation of His completed work. Apart from His Spirit dwelling in us and us abiding in Him we are nothing. We can only receive the inheritance of this completed work by living and having our being in Him.

When we are born again we are translated into the Kingdom of God so the Holy Spirit can teach us what it means to become mature as a Son of God. We must learn to live in Him in Spirit and in Truth. When we live in Son as Son we learn we have power to live above the temptations of our souls and the manipulation of our emotions. It’s not an easy path. Man has tried to accomplish living in Christ through worldly understanding and sense and reason of the soul but our life only begins as The Holy Spirit empowers our spirits to receive Truth to live in Him. Only as we learn to separate the leading of our souls from the leading of our spirit can our souls follow Christ and be saved.
