Mal. 4:3
“For those who fear my Name, the Son of Righteousness will rise, WILL RISE, with healing in His wings. He will tread the wicked down. Thus says the Lord of Hosts.” Mal. 4:3
For those who fear the Name of the Lord…The Name describes all that He is. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. God has to be our sovereign Lord. He has to become our reason for living and if necessary for dying. False ideas about who God is have become foundations that are like sifting sand. Jesus paid the price and became propitiation for our sins ( the ways we miss the mark of living in spirit and in truth ). We live in a time of mercy but this time of mercy and propitiation also gives us a period of time to find out who we are as spiritual beings and learn what truth is and live in it. Jesus is the truth but He is the way to the Name and knowing all He is. We cannot find The Name in living like the world or believing God like the world. The One we Fear is Not of this World nor will He ever be. Jesus came to show us the way out of lies that keep us bound in the lies of this world but many of us stopped at confessing Jesus as the Name. We must come into the Name and live, breath and eat the Name. Beloved, we must repent of going our own way and be immersed in the Name. The Name is a person. Singing to Him and learning about Him can make us feel better but that is not salvation. Jesus didn’t come to make us feel better. Salvation comes by surrendering all we are and all we live for and nailing that idea of ourselves to His cross in order to live and be changed to be like Him. Promises are made to us when we do that. He will tread wickedness down all around us when we fear His Name and bow to His will, His plans and His purposes. His Kingdom or His government doesn’t look like this world’s; yet, in deception we’ve received religious orders of living instead of the order of the Kingdom. Repent and be immersed into the Name which is able to save your souls. What does it profit us to gain the whole world and lose our souls? Jesus said that.
