Jesus was rejected of men. He stated, “As they hated Me they will also hate you”. In a world where the souls of mankind need validation and acceptance, the closer they live in truth to walk in Sprit, the less mankind will have to do with them. Who; therefore, will we receive validation from, beloved?   It is not good for man to be alone. From the beginning it was spoken that we were not made to walk or live alone.  To live in this world is to suffer loneliness or the isolation that sets us apart. Even in a crowd we, much of the time, suffer loneliness. We build and we create desiring validation for our talents and skills or even just “being,” it seems. Can anyone truly see us?. Is it possible? We are made in His image and likeness but what does that mean? He is spirit so He has no body. He is not made of matter as mankind is. Behold what manner of love the Father has given unto us that we should “become” the “sons” of God.  “Become” is future tense but it’s a daily process that’s happening to us simply because our Father who is God will see to it.  He, continually, imparts a desire to know the truth in us even though our souls will fight against Him to maintain the control it’s always had over us. He is building His church  (His family) and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  (Bars of deception will come down to free us)   This deception is torn down by us submitting to Him. He is Truth and cannot be separated from Himself. Truth has to be sought after and for the most part we’re happy to live in deception without even realizing it. We are like sheep bing led to the slaughter. The way of the cross leads home. Jesus said, “If you follow Me, take up your cross, daily.”  Take up the crucifixion of your flesh, daily. That which is of the flesh is flesh. That which is of the Spirit is Spirit.  Those who worship God must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. To worship God is to love Him with all our hearts, souls and strength. To love Him is to obey Him or to follow His way. Jesus, who is the resurrection, the way and the life shows us our Father. If we can’t see the Father, the life lived in Christ is vain for He came to show us the Father.  Father is our home. In Him we live and move and have our being. Before the foundation of the world we are predestined to adoption as sons. This affords us access to the Spirit of God through a born-again spirit life. We awaken to the knowledge that comes through Christ that we are spirit and now have access to commune through spirit with the Holy Spirit. (God). We have access to His Kingdom that is not of this world. Yet, we’ve been taught so much about Jesus, religiously, that some portion of our unredeemed souls convinces us we know Him. It is a journey into freedom to live in our identity in Christ in the Kingdom of God that we’re on. Mankind went from Father stating in Genesis, “ Let us go down and confuse their language,” to everyone heard men praising God in their own language when the Holy Spirit was sent at Pentecost. Jesus had stated to His disciples, many among you will not experience death until they experience the Kingdom of God coming in all it’s glory. The disciples of Jesus were told to wait in Jerusalem until they received the power of the Holy Spirit producing eternal Kingdom life within them.   Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all you need will come as a matter of course. Wretched soul that I am, who will save me from myself. For I do the things I don’t want to do and don’t do the things that I want to do.  In searching for truth which is the person we know as Jesus Christ, exposure to who we really are is inevitable. We tend to be more ready to see with sober judgement the faults of others rather than to examine ourselves to see if our own thoughts reflect our Father’s thoughts and feelings.  The glory of the Father that we experience continues to influence us and life in Him surely is experiencing glory to glory. However, that glory is not always comfortable as we are coming to recognize truth and live in it.  Many will say to me, “I cast out demons in your name,” and I will say, “depart from Me, I never knew you.”  There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.   In light of the current, very popular gospels being preached all over the world there is no understanding of these words spoken by Jesus. Our God is a consuming fire. Jesus immerses us into His Spirit. He immerses us in fire. Baptism, defined, is immersion. All that is not of Christ ceases to remain as we are refined from that which causes us to believe lies and deception. Fire is spoken of much in scripture but how does that concern us?  What happens when you put something in the fire? Nothing is left but ashes.  When God made Himself known to Moses He came to him as a fire that did not consume the bush. When God showed Himself to the Israelite nation at the mountain, He was seen as fire and smoke and lighting and thunder. He restrained Himself from consuming them but they were extremely aware and fear of His power in the moment was very real to them!! They were told not to go on that mountain until they washed and cleansed themselves. Otherwise, they would not be able to experience His Presence that is a consuming fire. Adam and Eve walked with God In  the “cool” of the day is how scripture is interpreted but ever since I went and looked up the original text I’ve never seen these words the same again. Cool is interpreted from the Hebrew word Ruwach which is the same Word interpreted the Holy Spirit. Words. Jesus is the Word of Life come down from Heaven. The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us.   If you love Me you will obey Me. One commandment is to cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against God. Why? What does that mean? It means that if God, who contains any one of three different personalities that we know as Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, doesn't entertain a thought, neither should we.  Our task is to surrender to giving up our thoughts to think His.   Looking for my family.  Jesus said, “My mother and my brothers are those who do my Father’s will.” In the past seven years the Holy Spirit has been taking Deacon and I on a journey of eliminating lies we believed and therefore lived out as truth.  After the first several years I became aware that I had believed many lies simply because people I loved and did life with believed and lived in the culture of accepting things just because that was how our parents and those we loved and trusted and did it.  Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers and rulers in high places.   A new move of the Spirit should be expected. As always, there is naught to do except wait, hope for and expect the Lord. However, hear this with consideration that the move of the Spirit we have been experiencing to date has been the call to mature.   December 28, 2022 The Dynamic Living Mystery In setting my mind on things above, yesterday, as our daily reading led us to the book of Revelation, John is told he cannot write down what the seven thunders have spoken. The frenzy of images he is exposed to that are nothing that he has experienced in the natural and his call to share them with the Sons of God in the earth seem daunting as we read.
